  Abbi Roberts was very nice and calming.  She explained everything step by step and her treatment was very good - she made it so I could cope!

  Friendly receptionist, felt relaxed and looked after when meeting the dentist and the nurse.  Treatment was excellent and was reassured and asked if I was OK throughout.

  All good from the moment ones gets there to when finishes treatment . Happy to clearly explain patent options giving one an opportunity to ask about various cost options and timescales .

  I usually just went for check ups with the alder road dental surgery but now I had a treatment done and I wasn't impressed at all
After I had my treatment and I have paid a lot of money, the treatment didn't go as well as we hoped which was nobody's fault
However when I called them again to find out possible next steps and other treatments which have also already been suggested with Pauline, the receptionist wanted to book me for an emergency appointment right away even there was no need at all. When I said that there's no need for it she was insisting even though I had no severe pain or anything like that, but she did not listen to me at all.

It seems to me it's all about the money and charging people but not actually helping patients with their needs with this dentist.
So I did not have any other option and find a new dentist where everything is straight forward and actually a lot cheaper too.
I don't even mind paying money if I would get the right work done.
Very disappointing especially when you don't know what to do or what's actually going on as a patient.

  Very nice dentist and dental  nurse, the reception staff are very helpful.
