I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, the whole team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The practice is always exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, which immediately helps you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Paulina Prahl-Kiedrowska is an outstanding Dentist — extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing the highest quality treatment to excellent results. She always takes her time with each treatment what makes me feel comfortable and I really appreciate it. Her attention to detail and dedication to her patients are truly exceptional. I feel very lucky to be under her care and can honestly say that she is one of the best dentists I have ever had. The nurses are also absolutely amazing. They are kind, caring, attentive, and very involved in the treatments, always making sure everything runs smoothly and that you feel relaxed and reassured. Their professionalism and compassionate approach make a huge difference, especially if you feel nervous or anxious about dental treatment. Everyone at the practice works together as a fantastic team. From the reception staff to the nurses and dentists, everyone is friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive. You can really feel that patient care is their priority. I am extremely grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism I have received from the entire team. I would highly recommend Dr Paulina and this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care from people who truly care about their patients.

I was devastated after being told mr. Shenton had retired so went in for my appointment today quite worried. However Olu soon put me at ease and was very kind to me and the experience was good. (But I still miss mr. Shenton dreadfully.) Sheila Boardman.

My daughter and I came for our check up. The dentist although very professional and trustworthy was not that good at putting our mind at ease and was very clinical. The nurse however was very kind and explained everything to us in easy terms. Dentistry as always is too expensive and I am dreading upcoming treatments due to the cost. I will have to cut back on my weekly food bill for the month to pay for it. If I could not have the treatment done that would be my option but dye to significant health issues it is dangerous for me to leave it.
